HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm
SCHEDULING
Scheduling creative consultations at least 72 hours in advance will allow me to reserve time and prepare the appropriate documents for us to go over together.
REVISIONS
Revisions are a fact of life and a vital part of the design process. A total of 3 rounds of revisions, per category, per topic will be allowed unless further agreed upon. Additional fees may apply.
APPROVAL TURNAROUNDS
In order for you to see results, it is crucial that I receive approvals on all work submitted to you within 48 hours. This will keep us on track and on budget.
RECORDS
I keep a digital time log available for you to view online anytime. You may track my hours, tasks and retainer withdrawls all on this platform. A copy of my hours will be attached to each billing cycle,
BILLING
Billing occers on the 1st and the 15th of the month for hourly clients and on the 1st of the month for retainer packages.
PAYMENTS
Payment is accepted through PayPal or check. You may cancel at any time in advance of your next billing cycle in accordance with our cancellation policy. The policy is detailed in your Coaching Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between coach and client is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. The exception is if the information revealed includes disclosure of illegal, unethical or criminal activities.
